About Jumeirah Gaels
Jumeirah Gaels GAA Club in Dubai was initially established as a social team back in March 2015 however after incredible growth and success in a short space of time, it has become much more than that. Currently the club boasts 6 Men’s football teams, 6 Ladies football teams, 2 Camogie teams and 2 Men’s Hurling team, with a vision for further development, the current season has added social football squads. The Jumeirah Gaels Club seeks to promote the GAA internationally through the medium of competitive team sport within the Irish community in Dubai and beyond. It provides a positive outlet for its members to train and attend various sporting and social events throughout the season whilst being model ambassadors of Irish culture, language and heritage.
The Jumeirah Gaels in Dubai has grown from strength to strength over the past few years. We have received great support from the Irish community here in Dubai and also welcomed an array of nationalities and diversity within our club. For all of our members we believe in creating a family for those far from home, an athletic pastime that keeps us fit and healthy and a social aspect that allows people to make friends and enjoy all the great activities that Dubai has to offer. We look forward to growing as a club over the coming years and we value everyone's continued support
